Returns

If your product is damaged, defective, or incomplete upon delivery, please file a return request within 2 days. Contact Customer Service at contact@fragesse.com, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Include pictures of the packaging and the product from different angles. Your request will be forwarded to the quality assurance department, and they will resolve the matter within four working days.

If you receive an incorrect product or find a fault after delivery, we will exchange it for a new product of the same type. If you dislike the product or change your mind, you can replace it with another product, provided you cover any price difference exceeding Rs.600. For any product dispatched to the customer after repair or replacement, a delivery charge of Rs.300 will apply.
